We will get back to you with a proof or any questions within 1-5 business days.

Please feel free to message or email us with any questions you might have.
Once payment is made, clear design direction is given, and all design materials are sent (images/text), you will receive a proof of your design via email within 3-5 days. If you have any changes, please request them by email. Once the design is approved, you will be sent the final files via email in pdf and jpg format. If you need different file formats, a faster turn around time, or you have any questions, please reach out. Thank you!
We do not offer returns on digital files due to the fact that they cannot be returned as well as the time invested into making the design. If you are unsatisfied with the design, please reach out and we can do revisions to correct the issue. But if you have purchased a package, and we are unable to provide the type of design you need, we will reach out to you and refund your order if no work was done.
* In order for us to turn around a project within 24 hours, the customer must purchase a rush fee of $25 in addition to the design cost. Along with the rush fee, the customer must provide us with all design materials and clear directions as soon as possible.
** Custom designs that are created by Creative Style Studios might be displayed for portfolio purposes only.
*** We do not make/accept phone calls about custom orders at this time.
**** Currently, we do not offer printing services and we can not print the designs that we make for you.
